About Sean Phillips

An independent Vernon REALTOR® who helps people move to the North Okanagan from across Canada, starting long before moving day.

Sean Phillips is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty in Vernon, licensed since July 4, 2022 to trade in real estate anywhere in British Columbia. He works independently, so when you call, you get Sean.

He fell for the Okanagan the way most newcomers do, and lives at Okanagan Landing. You'll find him on the lake in summer and volunteering as a SilverStar Mountain Host in winter. Before real estate, Sean spent a career in technology, including work as a Google Street View photographer, which is why his relocation clients get unusually good video tours.
