The City of Vernon lists its distinct neighbourhoods as City Centre, Predator Ridge, Bella Vista West, East Bella Vista Highlands, North Vernon, Waterfront, Okanagan Hills, Okanagan Landing, Blue Jay Subdivision and Foothills. Its Official Community Plan also names Alexis Park, Jubilee Hill and the Waterfront as village centres planned for mixed-use buildings of one to six storeys.
